Client Services Coordinator / Scheduler for Generations Home Care, LLC

Generations Home Care, LLC is a growing owner-operated agency that provides non-medical, in-home care and support services to older adults aging in place. The Client Service Coordinator / Scheduler will be responsible for staffing cases, assessing new clients, providing resources to the clients and building rapport with our in- field care professionals. This position will work side-by side with the Owners, Recruitment and Retention Director, Community Care Liaison and In-Field Lead Care Professional.  We work in a collaborative team environment and support each other every step of the way. As the Client Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
• Professionally and efficiently assist with all client and caregiver inquiries
• Set the staffing schedule for caregivers in our WellSky staffing system
• Build rapport and relationships with our staff, clients and referral sources
• First Impression Director for calls coming into the office
• Answer & triage calls from caregivers, clients and prospects
• Responsible for caregiver compliance 
• Assist with other related administrative duties/projects, as assigned by owners
• Ensure consistent accuracy of database and file information for both caregivers and clients
• Collaborate with leadership team to accommodate client staffing needs
• Send daily updates to the leadership team
• Lead on-call working in a shared rotation of the on-call phone - (weekend on-call bonus pay)

Skills/Qualifications:
• Prior scheduling/staffing experience a must, preferably with in-home care or home health
• Case Manager or Social Worker preferred!
• Scheduling and tracking authorizations for VA home care programs is a huge plus!
• Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Present in a professional manor
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
• Excels at customer service and has strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and the ability to multi-task
• Able to work independently and in fast paced team environment
• Proven leadership and management experience and develops strong relationships with co-workers
• Proficiency in basic computer software programs. ClearCare/WellSky experience desired but not required
• Person who is flexible, reliable and a team player
• Understanding of the Continuum of Care

Job Type: Full-Time Salaried
$50,000- 53,000 per year depending on experience  
Staffing Bonus Program (with bonus potential to earn over $55K)
